Happy Thanksgiving to our fellow Canadians! Here in Canada, we celebrate Thanksgiving a little earlier than in the US. We celebrate before the snow falls and the real cold hits. It's the perfect time to appreciate the colours of fall leaves and the chillier days. And it is not too late to fire up the BBQs and smokers to cook a Thanksgiving turkey or bake a pumpkin pie.
